The big guy with NiP jersey? It's HeatoN, long time cs1.6 legend (played for NiP when they were at the top) and coach of NiP

The way it was going for NiP it will be very hard, 1v1 while 12 - 8, still need to bag a lot of rounds.

edit: stream says it's 13-8, apparently Titan won the 1v1?

I know who HeatoN is in general, but I never knew what he looked like. Just read about him and watched frag videos of his. First time watching a live CS:GO event as well

Played one game with friends on Motel last night and I don't think I'll every play on that map again (aside from maybe Deathmatches and casuals). It's not that the map is bad, it's just that it's way to confusing to be played competitively.

I'm just learning to do surf maps, any experts here? Just wondering when I go off a ramp and I say have to fit through a window or something should I be holding whatever direction I went off the jump? Should I let go all together? Do I ever jump during a surf course?

I felt like I was getting the hang of it yesterday but I tried some more today and I just can't keep my speed on courses where you have a 1 sided ramp and have to fly off into a window or something.

The sad thing was, they only screwed off towards the end knifing and pistoling, but they won those rounds rofl.

Just had my first overwatch case... Not sure if valve troll me to test me or one guy really played like that. D2 T, First round, rushes B with knife (was clear) switches ak after exiting tunel and while still runing gets a single throught the door to a guy on mid and starts spraying on the second one (behind the door, hitting him before he or his teammates knew he was there). Then couple rounds later, 5 deagle bullets, 5 headshots, all while running. Then 2 awp headshots no scope while jumping. The rest was an assortment of singles with deagle and ak or awp no scopes

Maybe he used something called aimbot. Dunno how popular cheating is in CS:GO.

I've watched like 7 overwatch things and in each one I didn't even see suspicious activity let alone blatant cheating like misirlou saw. I don't really get what those things are. Am I watching some like gold nova level game where nubbas thought someone who could aim or knew maps better was cheating or something?

Regarding surfs, I recommend joining a server where you can watch button presses and spectate some good people. I think surfing is hard to explain further than "press direction towards the ramp and steer with mouse".
