Sounds like a pretty douchy thing to do. I mean screwing around and kicking your teammates when they legitimely get mad at you.
They were mad and asked to be kicked so they wouldn't get penalized for quitting, I forgot to mention that. We wouldn't just kick someone to kick them. We told them at the start of the game what we were doing.

Yeah that is a very douchy thing to do. Not the kicking but joining match making and messing around costing other people rank. Go play casual or you know actually get better. You mention the highest real rank you and your friends are is ak and stars. That is very low and below the average skill level. Again if you want to use other guns join deathmatch or casual. It would be okay if you had a team of 5, however, you do not and are just being douch bags ruining other peoples play experience and making them waste time.
I think we discussed this a little before. Mostly based on win/loss. Definitely has a minor impact based on individual performance, assuming you win. I guess if you win and do well, it counts more?
