They were only asked, however, to overwhelm Lioneye's army, which was doubtlessly heavily outnumbered and cut off from reinforcements once the rebellion broke out. So, no, Shavronne was not defeated by Kaom, but by Voll or at least relieved of her duties.

Do people ever go Power Siphon Templar anymore? Also, was it a gear dependent build? I can't fully remember..
PoE Guilds are game wide, not limited to any league.

Its one of the most gear dependent builds in my opinion. If you can get everything nearly perfect it might be one of the best builds lategame as far as damage + survivability goes.

As mentioned, high base Gold Rings are a good choice, but so are high base Two Stone Rings. When you get three garbage rares of different resist combos, you can trade it for a prismatic, getting you another shot at a pretty sweet ring. It's a fairly solid use of alchs, and gives you a decent shot of making your money back with decent upside.

Well, Lioneye had legions, which suggests he had quite a bit of manpower. Unfortunately, he was also cocky as heck apparently and got owned by archers.

Which unique would you guys recommend for the solo ground slammer? Marohi Erqi or Kongor's Undying Rage? Kongor's is nice since you don't need to spec into resolute but the increased on the Marohi looks very appealing, not to mention it'll probably stun just about anything.

With a marohi you could run Conc Effect for *huge* damage but I don't know if that would out-scale Kongors or not. Plus your mana costs would be insane. Realistically I it would take some testing of both... but they are each like 6 exalts (maybe a bit less for marohi). And that is before you 5 (or 6!) link them.
I mean, marohi reduces your MS whereas kongors gives you onslaught (increased ms/attackspeed etc) so Kongor's is PROBABLY just better considering the skill point it also saves you but Iunno.

Does LA still reign king for bow AoE? I've seen some people using unique heavy builds with LA, is that just because of the insane bow?

Rain of Arrows is AFAIK about as popular atm as well. Kinda depends on what parts of the tree you go to. If you scale crit and get static blows and the 30% weapon lightning damage node then LA is still king I believe.

Finally finished normal last night and got to cruel.
Not gonna lie, Solaris 3 kinda takes it out of me. I can't play for extended periods of time with the sound on.
What's the in-universe reasoning for the circling around in parallel universes, each progressively more difficult?
Also started a scion and ranger for fun.
I think this ranger (and the scion too to some extent) are gonna be my first ranged characters. It's a distinctly different playstyle than the yolo facetanking of my duelist who just gets enough life as long as he's hitting things to survive.

Anyone know which builds are considered most viable as a marauder?
I'm around level 40 and I use Sweep+Life on Hit+leech life (cant get a 4 link to save my life) as my main method of clearing packs. I use heavy strike for single target and molten shield/leap slam+stun for extra survivability. In the passive tree I went to diamond skin to resolute technique and then onto the life nodes near the Scion start.
My plan is to grab lots of leech life and get Unwavering, Iron Reflexes and Vaal Pact last as well as any leech life/life on hit/life nodes that aren't too far away. For skills, I want to get enduring cry and molten shell with cast on damage taken asap and. This is only my second char so I'm sure my build is not that good and my gear is shit, so I haven't even started cruel yet.
Anyone have any tips for me?

Life on hit traditionally scales better on ranged attack using stuff like LMP/Chain where you expect to hit 20 monsters per attack. Life leech generally scales better in all the other situations.
Vaal pact is rarely considered worth it unless you are doing sufficient amounts of damage all at once to kill yourself on reflect. Otherwise regenerating ~5% of your hp every second is usually much more valuable (plus being able to "EMERGENCY" life potion up).
There should be some 4-links in the guild stash. If not, ask around in guild chat lots of people have spare crappy 4links. If you are in domination I certainly do.
Either life on hit OR life leech should be enough linked to sweep IMO, add "melee physical damage" instead of 1 and you will clear wayyyyy faster.
Afaik you can just use leap slam to clear mobs (forget stun thats awful  ) instead of sweep and keep heavy strike for single target. Run a curse (prefer warlords mark if you are having leech issues, again somebody in the guild should be able to give one to you or sell it for cheap aka an alch). If you post a link to your build here somebody could give you tips to optimizing it but really I think you should just press on, clear content, and when you hit a brick wall then thats how you learn.

I'm fairly certain it'd be 2x, since the only combinations for 5L are 1-2-3-4-5 6 and 1 2-3-4-5-6.
