I am playing a phys ranger in anarchy. Currently have tabula rasa and a 4 links:
Split Arrow - FA, pierce, IIQ, IIR, ICS
Frenzy - FA, IIQ, IIR
I intend to add ICS and ICD to frenzy if I ever get more links, in that order.
It should be noted that I will end up with up to 300% crit chance from passives.

If you actually want to do good damage instead of have the MF then you would want ele conversion, which means.
Split - pierce, FA, Added Fire, (mana leech if needed), WED
Frenzy, FA, Added Fire, WED, mana leech
Also, I'm running Grace, purity and determination, but if you go the conversion route then drop determination for hatred, and if you can add wrath and anger later.

The easiest way to get more physical reduction is using endurance charges. Even after the nerf they're still overpowered ^_^

It's far from complete as I am still levelling, but you can see where it is going. Plenty of life and crit nodes unlocked, and the possibility of taking arcane efficiency and some mana nodes when I need to turn on determination (currently levelling the gem but not using it, I will want to turn it on for maps).

Exalt was +Life I'm assuming? Nothing else would stand out there to make it a money roll. 5% Is terrible, no way you can divine it into a good roll unfortunately.

ofc wed was an exalt. why would anyone risk exatling quiver with such low wed roll? the quiver was perfect without wed and honestly i don't care about wed anyway (with my physical build) but it had one more prefix slot so. here it is.

Opposite problem, not many quivers worth 3 exalts yet. Highest non-unique, value I've been offered was 2 exalt for my Topaz Ring. It has like 110 resistance, and 80 life or something like that. And this was on day 3~.

As much as I'd like to whine on how people like selling crap items on trade chat and people lowballing offers on some of the good items on Anarchy, it's to be expected, not many people have farmed up currency and good items are being used by the players they dropped for.
On the other hand, if anyone has 20-30 fusings for sale, I'd like to buy 'em, IGN Swagmobile.

Currently level 73 in Anarchy. There seems to be a major map drought among the player base. Most of my time is currently spent waiting for a map party to open up and the parties I run with are running more maps than they're seeing drop. We ran Acton's Nightmare last night and got one map and zero uniques, bleh. Guess I'll make a CI Fire Witch in the mean time.
I'm still fairly new to this game (played plenty of D2 though) so maybe all that's completely normal.

Hmmm, I seem to have hit a big wall in Cruel Act 3. Currently, I'm level 54 on my Duelist, leveling as physical Cleave. My DPS is about 1k without using Blood Rage (I used it in Act 2, but stopped in 3 because of mob damage). Build (level 55, pre-Cruel Piety).
My next step is to fill out the lower part of the tree (Frenzy Charge, Duelist 4% Attack Speed nodes) so I can make the CI transition later on (probably level 70). The problem is that I've run out of points I can spec into life without getting more Regrets. I already need 4 on top of all 18 respec points just to drop the life I've picked up. I haven't made the switch to Cyclone, since it looks like it will be about a 50% DPS loss, and sub-600 DPS is just not enough for Act 3 Cruel.
Getting to Docks was really sketchy; I had to log out a ton of times and I've almost been gibbed in Docks already. I have just over 1600 life and something like 3500 armour. I'm just wondering what I should do from here. My current setup is double Bear Trap with Added Fire, a 4L Cleave, Dual Strike, Blood Rage, Grace, Hatred (still need Reduced Mana and Discipline), Skeleton Totem, and Leap Slam (mobility). I'm also unsure of what my 4th and 5th support gems for Cyclone should be. I know I'll be running Melee Physical, Melee Damage on Full Life, and Added Fire. Dunno what the best other options are (Faster Attacks? Multistrike? Increased AoE?).
I also do not know when the best transtion period to CI was. After I fill out the bottom of my tree, I was thinking going into Shadow for the Mana Leech talent as well as the Void Barrier notable, so that way I'll have it as well as Nullification when I make my 22+ point respec.
Oh, and this is on Onslaught, of course. I'm just afraid of my life total and being able to survive until I can go CI. If Cruel Act 3 has given me so many close calls, I'm scared of Act 2 Merciless. Most of Act 1 is a joke, but there are some nasty places there, and I'd rather not farm Fellshrine until level 70.

Most people make the switch before they clear act 2 merciless. The chaos damage there simply makes it undesirable to wait any longer. Farming fellshrine to level 70 is unnecessary, especially since CI is more gear dependent than level.
Are you using endurance charges already? Enduring Cry makes everything easier
