HC ones go for about 40 HC exalts.

I was thinking that it has 6 suffixes one would want, so you could just divine orb it. Rolled it to a 6S, but with 2L x2. It only requiring level 45 is actually an advantage since it makes it a valuable leveling piece. Item level is meaningless unless you intend to chaos it, which considering you have all six of the rolls you want probably won't turn out well. The rolls are low, but the odds of getting them all again are not good enough to make it worthwhile to dump currency into.

Animation cancelling implies that as soon as your attack's hitbox exists, you can move with no penalty. Diablo 3 does not have this. You must wait the full duration of the attack before moving. Path of exile however is worse. You attack, then are not allowed to move for a certain amount of time. You can attack again when your first attack is completed, but the amount of time you can't move is longer. It is a hardcoded amount of time that makes no logical sense. I'm sure there is some gameplay-based reason for having this standstill duration. It feels bad, like I can attack once every 5 seconds or die.

If you can't move when your attack is done, it's either a latency issue or you're doing it wrong. I stutter-step-cleaved my way through every race I played, and the guys on stream do it all the time as well.

You can start moving exactly when you can start attacking again in PoE, and D3 does have some animation cancelling, and skills with no animation that adds to the "flow". I stutter-step-cleaved my way through every race I played, and the guys on stream do it all the time as well. It's more obvious when you look at games like DotA or SCBW. An skill or action, usually, has a pre-animation, a cast point and a post-animation. When people refer to "animation cancelling" they mean being able to cancel the pre- or post-animation by e.g. moving. This isn't possible in PoE and makes it feel quite sluggish at times. If you cast and then try to walk your entire cast (all three parts) goes through and then your character executes the move command.

Playing a ranger myself and having to kite a lot in normal difficulty, I have experienced this myself. Kiting does feel "choppy" and it is not a latency issue (I keep F1 open to look). Anyone know a way to make it more *sunglasses* "liquid?"

The issue isn't that you can't attack and move afterwards, the issue is that you can't cancel both pre- or post animations of skills by moving. That's what makes it feel "choppy" to people who are used to games with more fluent mechanics. Cancelling your animations correctly is a big part of the micro in RTS or similar games. Sure, D2 didn't have animation cancelling either, but it also didn't have spells that take ages to finish their animations which is why I feel the comparison to DotA is a closer one. Seeing something scary fly towards you while you just started an animation that takes half a second doesn't make for much fluid gameplay.

I die a lot to desyncs.. Especially the 66 dungeon map with butcher, I have like 5x the amounts of desyncs down there, have to stop doing it.

Flickerstrike Brutus is not fun.

Just died to brutus in dungeon actually on my 75 race ek rauder. desynced and had my endurance charges drop, kind of annoying but happens. Only real loss is a 20% EK gem. Managed to pick up a lvl 68 searing touch and 6 socket it though, so my new character plans should go well.

You can definitely can get around 35 though if you advertise on forums for a while and the buyers see them
