It is so much easier and cheaper to use four link gloves and helm and just use the best armor/weapon you can until you want a five or six link. Well in my gloves(Evasion) I got 2r and 2g (split arrow, WED, life Leech and Mana leech), boots(ES) have Reduced mana+discipline+wrath+grace, helmet (ES) is 4s but not linked (wrath, blood rage, projectile weakness, skeletons). BTW I managed to get someone in chat to trade 50 chromes for 5 alch with me so I managed to link my bow and now I got elemental hit+WED+life leech+mana leech. And my chest(ES) is a 4s, 4L and I got ranged attack totem+ice shot+added Lightning damage+elemental proliferation (plan is to get shock on hit passives and quality added Lightning damage eventually). | ||

Anyway, Archangel, don't try and force transition yourself into CI. There's no point in trying to go CI if you do not have the gear for it. Just keep leveling as if you were HP build (you SHOULD have HP nodes, especially if you're HC). Eventually you'll be able to afford/loot pieces as you go along and once you have enough to provide high ES, then just use up the respec points and a few regrets (shouldn't take that many if you didn't use respec points). CI shines most in map era, anyway. | ||
