He doesn't need amazing teammates because even if he did, there's 1 player who's on another league and there's another who's a level ahead of RVP and rest of the players.

Let's say RVP brings the Netherlands to become Euro 2012 champion, becoming top scorer in the process, there is a good chance he will get the nod ahead of Messi. Same with Ronaldo. International tournaments always carry a lot of weight. ( Granted Messi didn't really impress internationally and still dominate the award the last time but having a stellar season + international performance is someone's best bet to overthrone Messi, it's hard to out-impress Messi on just regular season performance alone).

Squad is old as HELL, they have massive egos to boot and their signings are simply utterly ineffective (torres and mata have managed 8 goals combined in 60 apps for a total of 74 million). It would take like 100million+ investment to sort that out, and that's not going to happen with FFP rules. I dont think it's possible to describe how screwed Chelsea is. Same problem as Inter though they won the Treble , Guardiola is a long term Inter target but Chelsea has the $$$ to influence him... He could leave Barcelona IMO.

Either Tott or Chelsea. And Spurs have a shit wage budget so unless they increase it he will probably come to Chelsea. We have loads of Portuguese speaking players which Mourinho seems to like, also we might have a pretty high transfer budget. It's been rumoured we're interested in Hulk for 100m. If anyone wants to see some sick football then check out Fulham raping Wolves right now, Pogrebnyak got 3 goals! Fulham is in a really good place, just fantastic young players and a team playing great attacking football on the rise.
