Cal-p never existed bro, and this isn't a server for training its just for fun. cal-p did excised... it was cevo-p tho at that time i always use cal leagues just because if ur from 1.6 u understand why i played cs back in the beta days :D i will always say cal-m / p / i lol

Is this TL-only server or public?
Looking forward to play btw!

Looking forward to this. After playing a little the past couple days, I'm absolutely horrifically terribad, so only way to go is up lol

I'll check it out, played the game (too) long trying to achieve something noteworthy, but failed miserably :D. Some pubbing is always fun ^_^

Nooooo the Yanks won out for server location?!
I've never played on a US server from the UK. What's the ping like? I filter by EU servers usually.

You really should re-consider the Texas location if you want Euros playing imo. I'm sure an east coast server would be a lot more suitable. West coast pings would be 80-90 and Euros would be a bit over 100.

I'd sure love to play when it's up. Though, I forgot my password to my account, and my email account is long gone (havent used it in forever, so it got closed by yahoo apparently). Any idea on how to get my account back? lol

Sometimes I join EU servers at about 80-90 ping, which is playable and I'm on the East Coast.
If you forgot your password, like I have, and you've bought an boxed game, simply scan your CD-KEY and send it to them when you file a ticket. I did that and wrote my username (can't be changed) on top of the CD-KEY in Sharpie. However, if you lose that KEY or someone takes it, you'll probably lose your account. If you don't have a physical copy, you'll need the credit card that you bought any game with.
Tell them everything, be honest, and give them what you'd like to be changed and what they should be changed to.

I like the idea of having a TL CS:S server, but I'm not sure about the whole' clan battle' thing; if it was more organized with brackets and shiny logos and such, I'd greatly support it, though.

Good point I just chose Texas because I've hosted servers that need to be US-EU split before and Texas worked out quite well. btw the second server will likely be European based anyway Yes! Dallas! That way South America can play as well! :D

Wewt I'm so looking forward to this.

The netcode for source is really good TBH so I don't think it will be a huge issue but it might be a little annoying. Frankly one of the few things I think CSS beats 1.6 in is netcode.
I am a 1.6 player and don't play source often but I find it fun to play every once and a while so maybe I will check it out :D
