As for SF4, I mean it would have to be some enormous upset like Mike Ross over Daigo or something to have the world explode, but I don't reallys ee that happening, Even though Honda does just fine if not well against Yun. | ||

I want cableguy vs smoothviper, Fanatiq vs Toan, Mr.SNK vs the internet, etc etc The sheer amount of serious competitive players in Evo now is mindblowing. What would have won you the tournament before 2009 wont even get top 16 now. I'm so hype =) I know it'll be team ultrachen doing a majority of main stream commentary, but I really hope we get some dogface, sanchez, yipes etc on one of the streams this weekend. I can't wait for friday =] | ||

Combo could get taken out by Phoenix, Marn is random enough to beat some phoenix's but probably not Tokido's PHX, 5) Champ is best on the other side, till he bumps into Chris G. 6.) Tokido isn't as reckless as Champ, +, he uses wolvie lolol 7.) If Rog and Tokido meet in losers, I think Tokido could run it back. 8.) I'm biased for Justin, duh, Tokido has technology as well, could go either way. (pardon the champion pick, its just an inside joke since my friend looks like Jwong) | ||

Why "Japanese taking over"? No one in Japan plays the game. And Tokido doesn't count because he is good at every game. Eita wanted to pick up MvC3 but he didn't find anyone to train with, Daigo had the same problem + he doesn't own a 360. Also, it's funny that Frieda will play MK9...one of the handful of Japanese who actually play the game. | ||

Not really, the fighting game scene seems like a derivative of the hip hop scene, there's a fair amount of "Ohhhh" or just cheering from the crowd, sometimes the guys get in each others faces, but no real planned ceremonies. It seems the commentators have more trashtalk than the actual players tbh | ||

I'll ignore the rest of the foolishness like no Fanatiq, Shady K, Viscant, etc in your marvel bracket despite Mike Ross, Toomuchdamage etc somehow making it? I suggest you rewatch the mike ross vs fanatiq sets! Jakob002 will make it in SF4 as long as someone is there ready with the heimlich if he starts choking! Just wait and be amazed :> | ||
