But yeah story wise it's not even that important to play Witcher 1, you would probably get more out of reading some of the books. | ||

The witcher 2 does build upon some of your choices in witcher 1 ( nothing major, but you meet some characters from the first game ). I'd definitely recommend it for the price. | ||

Witcher 1 is one I tried to get into but in the end it didn't have the same atmosphere as Witcher 2 did, so I kind of let go. | ||
