As for Painkiller, I'm 80% positive I'm going to get Painkiller HD, but should I buy the collection for missing levels in HD? I heard the later games in the series suck. Fear 1 is an great game with great ai and level design(even if there's only one environment, classic office), though a tad easy(lots of health packs everywhere, can get the drop on most encounters). I'll often suicide just so I can replay an encounter in a different way and see how the ai reacts. Very little is more satisfying than hearing an enemy say in slow motion "Oh shit grena-BOOOM!". And it has a bfng (big fucking nail gun). Fear 2 was pretty meh for me, got very consolized. Didn't play 3. Besides, for only $2.50 you really can't go wrong.

Is Vampire Masquerade Bloodlines still worth playing ? I've read a lot of good thing about it. For my personnal recommandations : Hell Yeah the Wrath of the Dead rabbit is a very fun 2D platformer by Sega, it's crazy non sense all over the place and it's really funny. Deadspace 1 & 2 are masterpiece of horror games. SPAZ is a really well made 2D space opera / arcady Hey just stoped to say BIG THANKS for recommending SPAZ, having great fun with that crazy game.

According to Yatzhee and many other reviewers it has some of the worst puzzles, they are illogical and excruciating. that said if you still wanna pick it up I recommend getting http://groupees.com/damned this bundle, that way you get a couple more games and it costs you 4 dollars. :

Or should I get both? most play 2, but i like 1 more. you shoot your way trough a level full of zombies in 4 player coop. there are special zombies that are really strong and need teamwork to be defeated. The zombies are spawned dynamically, so its different every time. its a cool game, i like oit a lot and i normally hate shooters. havent even played halflife 2 or doom :D

Well alone they are $5, but the pack with both is only $7.50, so I'd say it's worth getting both, even if less people play 1. Very action heavy zombie game, but requires good teamwork, especially fun with friends. The dynamic nature makes it have good replayability, if you are doing well, then the zombies get stronger and there are more of them and more special zombies. And you can sometimes enter someones game as a special zombie to try to kill them, not many games I know let you play as the zombies. That feature reminds me of perfect dark's counter-op mode.

I like the first one more because the hordes are larger and I would definitely play it first for that very reason. The second one is good and the levels are better built as well as harder. Definitely a fun time to be had with both with or without friends. Don't do the versus multiplayer imo because for some reason people are super serious in it and rage super hard. I even had someone try to rage at me at a LAN where I had the pleasure of walking up to him and saying "you know we're just killing zombies right?"

Takes about an hour or so to beat and you don't really do a lot but walk around. It's meant to be something of an open ended, story driven game, but I just didn't find it too engrossing (story wasn't particularly original, never found it particularly atmospheric). Apparently though there's been some additions since I last played it (when replaying the levels change or something) so it might be a better experience now but when I went through it just didn't seem all that great. Personally I'd recommend something like Lone Survivor over Home (quite similar as it's another 2D side scrolling horror game), as I found that a lot more interesting.
