Ump and P2000 are also already patched because they messed up the damage output - I would not overstress the Beta and Metro as being an example for Gameplay in Battlefield 3. Only thing I do not understand is why they had to use a map like Metro when they had Caspian Border ready to go. | ||

Holy shit is this for real? I need to go check and see what settings i'm playing on. It looks nice already, but I think if I was playing on high or ultra I would notice a terrible FPS.... I don't think its ever taken me 10 shots to kill somebody unless I was maybe 20 meters away with a pistol. | ||

After analyzing the data from our first round of closed Caspian Border tests, we have great news for participants in the Battlefield 3 PC Open Beta: the DICE team has decided to bring back Caspian Border for the beta’s final weekend and conduct an open large scale test of the 64 player Caspian Border map. *****Please keep in mind that as this is beta we will be stress testing our servers***** As such, users may experience crashes, network instability and outages as we roll out and configure servers and network utilities. Understand that such potential issues and the testing environment are not reflective or indicative of the final product and that, through your participation, you will be helping to ensure future stability and functionality. As we are again specifically testing 64-player server configurations, this test will be for PC only. The Caspian Border servers will be available for all PC players to join. Caspian Border will be available starting Friday, October 7th, in the afternoon (CET). | ||

Imagine SC2 beta with only one race. Its like a demoversion that you get from a games magazine dvd rather than a beta atm and since this is the last weekend now it wont change. That combined with the shitty origin/browser plugin (herp your browser doesnt fully support the plugin so you cant follow your friend but you can see what they do) and they wonder why they are dropping preorders. In the end it might turn out a great game at some point, but im not gonna buy it because i dont want to support shit like this. | ||
