Lol. Dexless NL is easy as fuck, its just that you'd have to use potentialed dex, which makes it a pain in the ass to upgrade later on. I'm probably going to pump some dex, maybe to 60 or 65, so I can swap out stuff for %luk.

btw, multiclient is patched for now, bypass doesn't allow multiclient to work.

Is it only for people who start the game and login during 5:00-5:01 EST? Or can I login much earlier and still get the reward during that time? For example, I login at 4:50 EST and stayed connected until 5:02 EST.

As long as you are on during that time and have an open use slot, you will receive the items.

I can't do anything when I'm in towns because of massive, crippling lag. Anywhere else I'm fine, but as soon as a step into a town, my screen is essentially unresponsive. I'll be taking a few days off, maybe this will resolve itself on its own, as it seems to have come on for no reason.

It's possible to do it, yes, but it's a pain to do, especially considering the chances of you scrolling well on a 3 lined item.
