It's going to survive the rotation. Uh no. Runchanter's Pike while threatening does require a fair number of turns to get up there and still leaves creatures at 1 toughness. Delver will most likely not survive the rotation and probably go into CawBlade Syndrome where your match ups all drop considerably. AVR already put into place a good number of cards that either Delver build struggles heavily with. | ||

By simple I assume you are going to want an aggro list, since control is more complicated to play. If you want a competitive deck though, keep in mind that it will be pricy and will not be very simple to play properly. | ||
