The zero-cost (but high opportunity cost) option for high ilvl earrings/rings comes from grinding Fraywind Canyon and losing over and over and over again. It should take anywhere from one to three days for one accessory, variance based on how fast the queues are, whether you get lucky with a win every so often, and how much time you play per day. On the plus side, there's only one earring in the game better than Wind's Whisper and it comes from Shandra Manaya; Conquer Rings are best-in-slot because of their associated bonus (+dmg, healing, or aggro%). Caged Raindrops are a decent first earring option just to have the socket for zyrks; they drop from Balder's Temple and Fane of Kaprima normal or Labyrinth of Terror and Ebon Tower hardmodes. If you don't want to grind Bellicarium credits (Fraywind Canyon faction), you can do the rep grind instead for rings with lower base attack that still have the special bonuses. | ||
