Lucas is definitely unable to replace Mascherano, not in this role ;o They got out-classed vs Arsenal as well (possession, shots on target, etc) but had one scoring opurtunity and finished it. Also they should have won that game had Reina not decided to throw the ball into his own goal.

Sampdoria vs Werder Bremen is now 3-1! Sampdoria was diving and faking all over the pitch and Bremen scored in the 92 minute! Also this referee was pretty poor for most the match imo.

He gets subbed off but during the substitution he runs back on the pitch to get called off so he can get a round of applause. I hope Balotelli brings the same fun as Cassano does to Serie A.

You idiots don't watch Serie A, so you don't get to see Cassano any other way. ![]() lol, more like it would be a loss for everyone who isnt specifically a Sampdoria fan if Bremen gets knocked out. The only reason Sampdoria had even a chance this game is cause Bremen was too complacent in the first leg.

I think it's a shame that one of the most skilled players in the world doesn't get to show off his awesomeness on a bigger stage than a domestic league.

That Bremen Sampdoria match was a lot more delightful to watch than I thought it would be. Anderlecht vs Partizan Belgrade currently in penalties. e. Anderlecht loses poor penalties from them..

Marin is extremely young and isn't mentally retarded, so he will have many many years to show off his abilities in both international tournaments with Germany and with big clubs (if he's good enough). Cassano on the other hand is getting pretty old now, and he's sort of running out of chances to convince people like you how insanely fucking spectacular he is. Like, comparing Marin to Cassano, wtf? If only he wasn't mad. ![]()
