isn't mpen on glyphs pretty good? I don't remember exactly because I'm addicted to mp5pls, but I think they're more valuable than mres/level mpen is an amazing stat in general but cdr is one of the best glyphs unless ur playing a champ who has a skill that has better than 0.86 ap ratio(ap yi,ap gragas and ap trist are the only 3 i can think of atm)it's better to use magic pen quints over flat ap quints | ||

whatever loco offers to sell his account for i will sell for $1 less i'm elo maxed in normal games i have amazing rune set up my account has "name value" i get invited to play with the top 1~10 players regularly u can't top me  | ||
