This reminds me of Evony.. for those who have ABP... Evony is a FREE (supposedly) mmorpg.. all of the adverts (which were EVERYWHERE) had scantily clad cartoon girls and alluded that the game had something to do with them

The game has absolutely nothing to do with these girls whatsoever.. I don't know why I still play the game it's only kind of fun sometimes...

I checked the Wiki for the game, and it's definitely a joke.

Was rated 12 in Europe, so I'm assuming it doesn't feature any hardcore hentai, and the censoring was placed in weird places, not really covering all that much.

Apparently it does have dating sim elements to it, but the Wiki doesn't say anything about it being hardcore, so I'd highly doubt that they'd make the change for America, if it wasn't so in Japan.

Props to whoever came up with the idea to release a trailer like that though. It has certainly increased interest in a game that probably would have flown pretty far under the radar. I love me just about any strategy RPG, so uhm, I'll check it out. >_>

Edit: Though, I have to say, it being a downloadable game (for PS3, anyway), would be pretty genius, if it was of that sort. Most stores wouldn't carry it, I'm sure, and for those that did, well, I'm not sure many would walk into the store and ask for a copy.

Well, it looks like a serious RPG most of the time with a small injection of dating sim. Then once in a while you make a baby which will grow up to be the next main character. LOL.
