Her comboing and edgeguarding are a lot less intuitive than Sheik's too, so yea... I guess I don't really get why Peach players ever get the look. The only character that should really be getting looks is Jiggs cause she's boring as balls to play against and is killing the excitement of Finals at majors. Ppl who say sheik is overpowered are REALLY good and know exactly what to do with her in 99.9% of situations in terms of what particular kind of approach/combo etc. is going to work at every point. Without someone to guide you through this it is really easy to get stuck as shiek "not knowing" how to beat that fox player Shiek is imba is youre one of the top players in the game, otherwise i really think she is one of the weaker characters to play as it takes too much meta knowledge to play to a high level Compared this to fox where you get some top players who get away simply by not making tech mistakes and spamming like crazy | ||

That is not to say Sheik is like the best character, but she's definitely not one of the weaker characters. Solidly above Falcon/etc. And Foxes have to learn really good timing to be able to escape shield grabs/nair OOS/shine OOS. I'm not 100% certain, but I'm pretty sure that even with perfect shine and aerial shield pressure, you can be punished if you don't space correctly. | ||
