I'm not feelin' this one for some reason. I didn't really like Imperishable Night's music overall; there were some definite gems (Love-Colored Master Spark, Flight of the Bamboo Cutter ~ Lunatic Princess, and Nostalgic Blood of the East ~ Old World, in particular), but in general, the soundtrack seemed a bit weak compared to, say, Subterranean Animism. Maybe I'm just too picky and choosy, though. But on to more important matters. This time you guys get a deluxe package. Not only am I sharing two delightful songs with you two fine gentlemen, but I'm also including a handful of Touhou wallpapers that I really like. I may even upload my entire Touhou wallpaper pack to my desktop thread later, but I suck at filesharing because I'm a noob, so that might not happen until later. T_T Anyway, here are the two songs I've got for you fellas today. One is a vocal, J-Pop mix of Ghostly Band ~ Phantom Ensemble (god, I'm in love with this song, aren't I?), and the other is a orchestral-rock version of Green-Eyed Jealousy. Enjoy. + Show Spoiler [Ghostly Band ~ Phantom Ensemble] + http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d6PsSxSJv88&feature=related I really like this piece (performed by Yellow Zebra), because it captures the essence of the Prismriver sisters so well. It's got all three key instruments, and each gets a solo. Good stuff. + Show Spoiler [Green-Eyed Jealousy] + http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JmELMf1ipVs This is such a chillingly haunting piece, and one of =Neutral='s best. It gives you the emotion that Parsee must feel, isolated underground. I think that the YouTube uploader's comments say it best, in a very poetic sense: + Show Spoiler + "To be forever sealed underground... to toil and waste in the darkness? While others bask in the light of the sun, and moon... but... I do not know or see this light, and never will... What is light? ... Is it another kind of darkness? But, what I do know... Is that I am condemned here for all that I have not done, and no one will ever know the pain I have felt these centuries... Every moment I live, I mourn in solitude... ...in my Green-Eyed Jealousy..." And lastly, here's a starter pack of Touhou wallpapers. Only 3 this time, but as time goes by, I may expand the selection. Today's focus is on the illustrious, yet innocent, Moriya shrine maiden: Sanae Kochiya! + Show Spoiler +

I only rage at like two games and its Touhou and Starcraft D: Don't ask me about that shit, haha. I'm sooo bad at Touhou; I can't even beat Sakuya on Easy in EoSD, even with ALL continues used. I'm just balls at it. But then again, the last time I tried, I didn't know how to focus, so I was dodging all shots unfocused. T_T I'm a 'tard. I'd guess the two main things for getting better at Touhou are memorization and precision. Many spell cards involve a shitton of memorization or else you're screwed, as well as some of the harder stage segments. Learning when you should stream/restream and when to move up/down and such is critical. Precision is also mandatory, since you need to train yourself to move in small increments... just enough to dodge, nothing more. Your movements should ideally be the bare minimum needed to get by. Speaking of EoSD, here's another song to share. This one is my favorite rendition of Shanghai Teahouse ~ Chinese Tea, arranged by Dark PHOENiX. + Show Spoiler +

Like I look around my hitbox and ahead to see what is coming my way, and/or an escape route So was playing SA and got through first two levels on normal. No death, no bomb Then beginning of third level, die to random bullet Then proceed to die like 3 more times in a row and quit... Reminds me of that time I played PCB on normal and I only died twice at the fourth stage, then proceeded to get mauled by Youmu D:

I've seen some awesome things, like WAVE doing a new album. With chorus. *_* Or the new album from Crow's Claw and Iron Attack. (I didn't see Demetori yet, I hope they'll have something but still...) There's also : [ZERO SYMPHONIC BATTALION] Touhou Zerokyo Kitan ~ Sophisticated Insanity from the compositor of Secret of Mana's musics, with the help of Eminence orchestra, which sound very, very good. Do you have to recommend any group to me ? I don't know a lot about all those circles... Too much doujin circles to choose from T_T

First, I thought this comic was kinda cute, so I decided to show it to the world: + Show Spoiler + ![]() Next order of business, and the main offering for you guys today: time for music! I have three batches of songs from three different artists. The first one is my most recent acquisition. I discovered a doujin circle that seems to be fairly unknown (pretty much no VGMDB hits on it at all). They're a vocal group that focuses on more rock-ish stuff, as opposed to techno or J-Pop stuff (like Alstromeria Records or Yellow Zebra might do); they certainly branch out into more orchestrated and subdued music, but all of it is intriguing. I figured I'd let you guys know about them. It's Liz Triangle, with vocals from lily-an. + Show Spoiler [Liz Triangle] + Interesting how every one of the four songs I chose at random were from Subterranean Animism. Oh, well, still awesome stuff. Also, I cannot for the life of me figure out whether or not the second song has English lyrics scattered around. It SOUNDS like it's English sometimes, but it's just too hard to decipher for certain. >_> Alright, the next batch of music is from CROW'SCLAW. I used to be a tad repelled by their works, but lately I've grown quite fond of them. It also helps that they're the only circle to date that's produced a metal version of Shanghai Teahouse ~ Chinese Tea... that doesn't suck. Props to them, and looking forward to their latest album at Comiket 79. Anyway, here's a few of their songs. + Show Spoiler [CROW'SCLAW] + Lastly, we have S.S.H. He's done a hell of a lot of game arrangements, but I didn't even know he did Touhou stuff until fairly recently. I took a listen, and it was rockin', as expected. + Show Spoiler [S.S.H.] + + Show Spoiler [Touhou Judgment in the Sixtieth Year] + The album art for the next song is a bit disturbing (unless you enjoy the thought of a nearly-naked Flandre), so open with care. No stray bits of anatomy, but even so. + Show Spoiler [Ghostly Band ~ Phantom Ensemble] + + Show Spoiler [Flight of the Bamboo Cutter] + + Show Spoiler [Septette for the Dead Princess] + And finally, a three-piece wallpaper pack of Momiji Osuyrgoaergliweuth (I can't remember her last name, so I punched my keyboard instead). + Show Spoiler [Momiji Pack] +
