http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=125601 ^^ btw, google chrome is telling me malware detected on this thread that Wolf linked earlier in the thread. Am I stupid for not blindly trusting anything on TL? Thanks again for the awesome read! And I love the graphics as well.

Being only a D+ => Diamond Protoss player I still wonder why i don't sandwich sieged terran armies as well as i did when it was much more difficult mechanically. Regardless savior will always be remembered as a boss zerg. Although I am a huge bisu fan ;p

It touched me in so many ways. I never knew this era of BW except from this reputation and now I feel like I know some more about it. This article is so awesome it makes me proud of TL and it's community. It is done with incredible talent and for sure it's a deep, very deep analysis of Savior and his plays. I will use this article to illustrate Starcraft depth and eSport depth in general. It is perfect ; and it also have the ability to explain the legacy of Starcraft II. Thank you for writing, editing, publishing this. It's awesome !

I hope he is given another chance, he has already served jail terms right? Jail for 1 year is difficult life.

You have to remember that to reach the OSL and MSL final he had *very tough* ZvT against Midas, Hwasin and Iris where he was on the peak of elimination. So he had to start working a lot on ZvT again. Luckily his ZvP was invincible so he could focus on ZvT 100%... And then Bisu crushes him on the MSL final, so he had to rework all his ZvP again. Do you know that his biggest winning streak against P was right after the MSL final? Unfortunately, to rework his ZvP he did not have time to adjust his ZvT, and he was eliminated from the next OSL and MSL by terrans (Iris and FBH). He never truly recovered from that (especially since he could not beat Bisu again at Blizzcon).

Isn't the ban only related to starcraft 1 ? therefore could compete proffessionaly for starcraft 2... i'm sure there are going to be haters out there.. but personally i would love to see him come back to the starcraft scene.. there was nobody better than savior.. i need answers to my questions!

It makes me really excited for the development of the SC2 scene. I want the new Flash, the new Savior. I want the guy at the head of the pack, the one they all want to beat. Here's hoping SC2 enjoys such amazing players.

No, a suspended sentence is kind of like probation, which means if he fucks something up in the coming 2 (now 1) years, he would have to go straight to jail. The ban is related to all progaming in Korea at the moment because KeSPA obviously banned him, and GOM said they also will never allow him back either. Technically he could play for some league/team/tournaments/whatever if he wanted to, but 1. Most people will not want to tarnish their image by allowing him in, considering he actively worked against the integrity of the very community they belong to. It's like criminals applying to be cops, book burners to be teachers, anarchists to be politicians, etc. 2. I doubt he himself will ever want to be a progamer again, considering the amount of shame he must feel.
