I still don't understand how TY made Zest look so helpless and then didn't win GSL.

Actually I do, none of his all-ins worked. I wonder if he'd be a GSL champion now if he didn't do those all-ins. Because honestly in the long games he looked like the better player. Minus the part where he died to DTs because he wasn't prepared.

Also I wonder if he still wakes up some nights thinking about the second factory he built.

TY always likes to go for very technical builds, it looks really bad if it loses though.
But yeah i also think he could have won the finals against Zest if he just did more standard play with mass multitasking. TY's multitasking is superior to Zest's by quite a large margin.
With that being said, he did not and Zest won fairly easily

Pretty tough group for Zest in the Kespa Cup. At this point I am not even confident he could beat Neeb. Hopefully he has regained his form by now.

That's pretty accurate. And way better than ByuN saying "All I felt for my career until September 9th was regret and disappointment." or Rogue saying "I'm too mediocre."

If his form didn't improve though, winning the tournament won't happen and getting out of his group will be absurdly hard.

Its just norrmally Zest teasers are pretty positive "im the best player ever im gonna win" etc. All the teasers so far the players seem pretty down. Hope they do some for Mlord and Nerchio lol

Agree that the group looks pretty hard. But if he plays some close to his usually good level, he should advance.

Not expecting it tho... He usually doesn't play well after August :/

I mean the group is hard and Zest didn't look good in the last few weeks/months, BUT Zest is the kind of player which can win any tournament he enters. There was some time to train so i am positive about his chances, he is an S class player afterall.
I hope he shows it here.
