What was different in Hots? It still felt like you would randomly lose a lot.
Not even close to the amount you can just straight up lose in lotv. The mothership core change, adepts, and the faster ramped up economy have really made PvP a clusterfuck of randomness.
Wtf is up with this guy. It's like he loses one match he should have won and then he just slumps down for everything else. His play today just wasn't the same as he was in season 1.
I guess it could be worse. He could be Maru and have no tournaments to play in for the rest of the year outside of a single best of seven in proleague.

Something's wrong, how can a player have such a turn in quality an skill in such a short time??? I hope it's just overload and he only needs a rest to fix it. But still, this is not looking good at all for the Proleague matches.
Man I just landed in Korea and was expecting seeing him win one of the leagues

Watch Flash win ASL i guess...^^
Man i am really disappointed here, didn't watch the matches yet but i already don't believe it's about pvp being too random, Zest simply doesn't seem to be in form at all atm. It's a shame because he could have won a starleague in season 2 as well, but yeah whatever i guess -.- KT vs SKT will be very interesting and i am scared already. It's bo7 and if Stats/Zest and TY don't are in top form i don't see how we can win tbh.
Zest just isn't confident going into these games, almost like he didn't prepare at all. Patience had a build worked out for each map just played the most standard games.
I think he's just lost confidence after his embarassing loss in GSL. It's not like Zest hasn't done badly in one match and it cause him to slump in the past. Just hope he's been focusing on proleague a lot
After crying my eyes out last week when Zest lost at GSL, I'm honestly not surprised with this result tbh. I said this on my twitter but I'm probably going to say it again here
I'm not sure whether Zest's slump started after IEM Shanghai as a result of his mentality finally breaks down after several losses to JinAir in a row, or that was a slump that started even before the Finals, but I'm certain he isn't the Titan that we knew, the Zest of Season 1 that won GSL. Stop blindly putting hope in him and expecting him to win in the near future, because he's not going to.
I know it's going to sound a bit harsh for you guys, but it's the truth. Try to distract yourself from all of this, and expect the worst, then you will not be disappointed anymore. ^^

TY loses to Rogue & Classic, gets eliminated from GSL. Loses to Dark, gets eliminated from SSL. Stats loses to Classic, eliminated from SSL. Zest loses to Patience, gets eliminated from SSL. Everyone on KT started sucking at the same time, so they get eliminated from Proleague.
Zest had a tendency for macro builds in HotS, because the better player was usually able to hold almost everything with them if executed right. That's completely gone in LotV.

All in the span of 11 days.
gratz Elentos you called everything
I still have hope in TY his play looked not bad or something like this he will carry the hopes of Terran and KT in the GSl

I agree TY has still been looking on form, but his GSL group is hard and he alone won't be enough in Proleague.

that tournament run was like wtf terrible round 1 vs hydra close to an upset the match vs innovation was the worst match between to players who archieved a gsl title and will gather after that an other gsl title in half finals vs bbyong by pure luck and then the finals were he first started playing good because it was pvp
He played pretty well against Dark the last time they played and probably should have won if he didn't shade into a bunch of banes. Hopefully he can pull himself together and win.
