So they should be reasonably soon. I'm just wondering, the first 2 matches of the playoffs will probably still be those 3 day series. So do they do Sat/Sun/Mon?

(also yes I already know the result and I'm tilted off the surface of the planet until I heard some rumours that Zest and Stats are sick today, not sure if it's true)

(also yes I already know the result and I'm tilted off the surface of the planet until I heard some rumours that Zest and Stats are sick today, not sure if it's true) Well our players are probably the worst in KeSPA at handling travel so I wouldn't be surprised if it was true tbh (TY especially seems like he can never properly adjust in time when he plays outside of Korea). But honestly their performance wasn't that bad, I skimmed through the Korean Youtube stream before it was over and it definitely looked like Stats, TY and Zest all had opportunity to win an extra game (I'd say TY was in a good spot at some point during his sOs game, same with Stats vs Cure, and Zest made the final fight against sOs reasonably close, too). But from the bits I've seen none of the games are must watch games, maybe someone else can be more help with that.

Leenock was awful early, nearly started a comeback then got liberated. TY vs sOs - stream was cut out so no idea what happened early game. But TY had range Cyclones + bunkers sieging sOs' natural and killed it, but then just retreated without even killing off the empty third. After that, it was 3 base vs 2 base with no stim. If he had scouted & killed off the third, it should've been a win for TY Maybe the downtime killed the hype but the series was overall boring for me

He could also become the first player to win consecutive Code S championships since Nestea. If that's not a worthy goal I don't know what is.

But I think Zest is in the strongest position anyone has been in for a title defense in Code S for years. His PvT is still flawless and the flaws his play in the other matchups has are less problematic in longer series. If someone could do it, Zest would be the guy.

Personally i would love to see this not just because i am a Zest fan, but also because sc2 doesn't really have repeating champions (starleague) and that's kind bad for the narrative imo. At least i think it is.
