Honestly, I can see any of those 4 making it out onto Ro16... Of course Trap would be the favourite, but he is pretty inconsistent himself, so yeah, doable group.

Her ZvT has seemed pretty strong lately in competitive matches, at least on the level with more consistent high tier Terrans than even Keen, so I'm hoping she can handle him. herO again would hopefully make for another fun series that she could come out on top of hopefully. Trap is solid, she has the ability to beat really good Protosses at times but I think it comes down to a stylistic approach, and I'm not sure how her and Trap match up. I think with the right prep she can be strong in this group depending on how seriously they all take her as the only Zerg in it compared to other matchups.

i really like that she is playing so much right now, even that she isnt in wcs. i wish she would play also in KOTN, but i guess that is not gonna happen sadly.

why pro-gamers make so many mistakes in the game.? No, I understand that nerves, responsibility, the crowd with cameras, heavy rivals, flights and so on. But is it possible to include this in your training program? I really don't get it. p.s. sorry, weak english

1) The viewer typically only really notice the mistakes. When the pro is playing perfectly 99% of the time, they'd assume business as usual, but a glaring mistake is very obvious and easy to notice.
2) Pros who make mistakes can still have a very successful career, as long as they have what it takes to win games: clever strategies, builds, mind games, killer instincts, battle tactics, and of course very good mechanics in terms of macro/micro but not perfect.

+ Show Spoiler +I didn't see the game start, but Parting went for early DT aggression which dealt a farily amount of damage, while Scarlett went for mutas, then kind of basetrade with parting having way superior army (archaons + stalkers) but much less mobile than sasha (a LOT of mutas). Then the game stabilized a little bit with 20some workers, Scarlett went quickly for Lurkers, with 0 air from Parting as he kept making stalkers + charlgelots + a couple of immortals, and she kept pushing slowly until Parting engaged and got destroyed by the lurkers basically.

https://v.douyu.com/show/ZB5Kv9L4pVmWa93x here is the VOD, it starts with 8mins already into the game for some reason but it is a longer one. pretty cool, worth watching.

I heard that Scarlett has some kind of eye problem recently and needs to do a surgery soon. If someone can confirm it, I hope everything would go fine for her.
|
Surgery, hwat? Was there some stream I missed with this info? D:
|
A couple of days ago Pig played a Bo5 showmatch versus noRegret and Special protoss, then an impromptu Bo5 vs Scarlett protoss (Pig's stream of that day, starts about 6h:10min), and Jake said Sasha was gonna get Lasik Surgery later. So I guess her eye problem is myopia basically.
Also, good to see Newbee winning for a change xD

According to LP it was yesterday - so best wishes that it went smoothly. She apparently beat silky (before or after? :D) so that's alright.

So just short sightedness? Nothing to worry about then I guess. She probably can't practice for a week though. Makes you super sensible to light and screens
