HyuN takes first place in the WCS AM group of death fairly easily bar a strange build against Heart in game 1. Also went and got third place in the Dragon Invitational losing to INoVation 0-2 in the Ro4 but at least smashing Seed 3-0 in the 3rd place match. HyuN is confirmed attending DreamHack Summer as well so we got more HyuN action in the future.

Confirmed going to MLG Anaheim. HyuN better take that championship for last time's close encounter. HyuN's got a busy June in front of him with DreamHack this weekend, WCS and MLG so plenty of HyuN to go around.

Better luck next tournament. Losing to MC isn't the worst way to exit but I did feel HyuN played into MC's hands rather than pressuring him into his type of game. Next up is MLG with a pretty stacked open bracket but if HyuN can play like he did bar the MC loss he can go deep.

That series was heartbreaking to watch. I love both MC and HyuN, but I really wanted HyuN to win that one and I know he has the skill set to beat MC. Oh well still have MLG and WCS to crush some nerds at ^.^

So far not as well as I expected coming out of the open bracket. Losing to Trap is understandable but HyuN's ZvZ is quite a vulnerability if he loses to RagnaroK and Scarlett 0-2. Hope he gets his mind into it again and does well in the championship bracket.

Luckily if he wins his first match in the bracket he goes up against HuK who he should really just manhandle. Nothing against HuK but I see HyuN being in a completely different league skill wise. After that gets tricky with most likely Trap. Doesn't look like he will have to face another Zerg until much later in the tournament and hopefully he can fix up his ZvZ by then. It's tough competetion but I trust in the Hyunjwa!

Not the best or the worst weekend HyuN's had reaching the Ro8 of a strong tournament but you do feel a bit disappointed he wasn't playing to the level we expected. Losing to Trap 2-1 twice and to RagnaroK and Scarlett 0-2 doesn't feel as bad though knowing he sweeped Polt 6-0 and the two Zergs got far so I'd attribute it more to the players playing very well and HyuN not really feeling it. WCS should go well for him though, he beat Alicia and showed he can challenge the best in ZvP at least, and his ZvZ should be enough to contest Revival and NesTea.

Advances to the Ro8 of WCS America once again. Outplayed Revival and showed Roaches are still his domain. Played a nice little game against Alicia at first but then he went for a weird build in game 2 and game 3 was just him losing to Gateway pressure. Maybe HyuN's ZvP isn't very confident which is why he does these strange styles but I hope he finds some solace knowing his ZvZ is still dominating.

Luckily it's only going to be 3 toss at most in the next round, and he does have the ability to take out any of them. I hope he finds his confidence in ZvP again soon but maybe train it in the off season because for now the biggest threats I can see are Polt, Bomber and Taeja. Now they all still have to qualify for the next round but it's safe to say Taeja will and at least one of Polt and Bomber should advance from their group as well.

Outside of ZvP HyuN is looking close to Hyunstoppable at the moment. Go Go Back to back WCS AM Champion!

Looks like TaeJa did avoid playing HyuN.. Though probably not in the way TaeJa wanted to avoid him. Pretty big upset with Pigbaby beating him. Sets up unfortunately a ZvP for HyuN. His ZvP has been shaky as of late but I'm sure he will come out with some good strats and with his overall skill he should be able to get past Pigbaby and into the finals.

HyuN just one series away from qualifying for IEM Toronto but sadly not in the cards today. If he can try to qualify though the open bracket that would be awesome though, I might finally be able to meet my Zerg idol.

I really hope Hyun does make it. If he makes it I will haveto force myself to go if it's not already sold out. I haven't missed a premier Toronto event yet. Unfortunately with non of my friends avaiable to go I might have to miss IEM. But if HyuN is going to be there for sure I will just have to make the commute and everything on my own xD

Goes a clean 4-0 against TLO and Zanster in consecutive ZvZ performances. HyuN showed his ZvZ is still top notch even when cheesed at a build order loss. Faces DeMusliM next which is interesting because DeMusliM showed he isn't lying over and dying against Koreans by defeating StarDust. Might be a bit close but HyuN should win.
