THIS MUST BE FIXED! o_° Secondly, I've been a fan since he first came into the scene (I think), at least before he reached his fame. Funnily enough, it started by seeing a FAKE replay of (supposedly but not) Jaedong vs UpMagic, where I saw + Show Spoiler + [actually some random korean] It was probably scripted and played out by fans of the two players (this actually might have been discussed on GosuGamers at the time), because after that I saw a lot more of both of the real players and felt that the fake replay still really reflected their styles, except that UpMagic might not have had the best record of actually making it as far into the late game as this fake one managed (from memory). ^_^" To think that he and FlaSh were both such youngsters back then and many of us here today got to see them develop into monsters and + Show Spoiler + false BAH! FLASH D:< ~~~~~~A Dream of Bugs and Gak. I had always wished that the fastest zergs would attempt to use queens, to see spawn broodlings against mech and HT (they couldn't use Feedback back then) and for ensnare with lurkers against bio. We needed to see these plays. Spawn Broodlings always seemed too energy intensive and so Queens, even at a cheap sounding cost of 100/100, never seemed like they'd be worth it instead of something else in the professional games. If they'd started with Ensnare or Spawn Broodlings, or SB had cost 125 energy instead of 150, perhaps things would have been different. In theory, neutralising stim packs' increase in ROF and movement speed should pair so well with lurkers and you'd think chucking one ensnare in the right timing would be easy enough, but with everything else required (mechanically) in Brood War, no one would try it...until ZerO and Jaedong; Zero began to utilise SB where possible and...Jaedong? Jaedong did this: The following video is Jaedong vs FanTaSy, proleague, 23-12-2008, Set 4 of Lecaf v SKT1 (This is the English cast as the Korean seems to be in two parts). I do believe I've watched the first person bits of this video over 100 times. It's one of, if not my very favourite play in all of Starcraft. It's good to be here. | ||

):1 - Below = Possible theme tune if people don't mind it? (at least after Zahanator's excellent montage)  2 - I thought there was news a little while back but after a search I didn't find anything. Current plans as for Jaedong, as far as we know, are that he is staying with EG, right? EG-TL aren't going to be in Proleague and coach Park left but there's no news of him changing to another team, right? Do we know when his current contract ends? 3 - the main/first Fanclub Page has his team listed as Team 8 actually. o_O The OP could do with an update. I think there was some speculation that he would move to Jin Air Green Wings (previously KeSPA Team 8) but that was merely speculation. | ||
