Not all transgender people are transsexual. A transgender person has a mismatch between their gender, which is mostly mental, and their sex, which is mostly related to genital configuration. As a transgender woman, or trans woman, Scarlett was assigned male at birth, but her gender is female. Transexuals are transgender people who take social and/or medical steps to transition their sex to match their gender. This can be as simple as changing dress and mannerisms, or more involved and requiring medical intervention including Hormone Replacement Therapy (which does a lot more than you probably think), or surgical intervention. As for what she has in her pants right now... that is none of your fucking business. Don't ask her. It is incredibly rude. | ||
