EIther way as long as some decent money and thought went into it, it can be fine. Obs putting together is better but decent prebuilts good enough to do max starcraft and stream are around.

I think it’s a joke Sjow made referring to Morrow’s earlier marriage proposal in this thread. Crude, sure, but culturally speaking I very much doubt it has any disrespectful or even rude intent. It’s a bit of a strange phenomenon, I’m not sure how common it is in other countries, but some large social circles or even regions of Sweden have really crude language as the norm. So I at least am inclined to perceive it as a light joke, not that I think it appropriate.
(It's an obscure word that I'm pretty sure you can't even find in the dictionary, but has several meanings--the one implied here is pretty clear)
