early on it was suspected that because she was associated with Miss America pageants that Anna had something to do with it, however from her interview with Anna this was clearly not the case. We really don't know how exactly she came to be employed by NASL. Perhaps someone in management knew of her?

Muwhahaha, I was the first to vote on your polls!
I think this is amazing beyond starcraft. She made a couple mistakes in something public and dealt with the situation amazingly, and in the end earned herself a fan club and the respect (and probably the hearts) of a lot of fans.
I'm really REALLY impressed by her social skills. I think she will do perfectly if she works in the media.
She deserves a fan club!

Not insulting, but I just wish it was this easy for anyone to get this many fans. There are thousands of people who have been playing since beta and still couldn't possibly have this many people following them because they aren't hot women. Nevertheless, she got a nice break with whoever hired her at NASL, did a good job for what she knows about the game, and I wish her the best with her starcraft career, if she sticks with the game. The bashers in the thread are simply jealous that they are better at the game then she is and she explodes into the scene, getting more fans than they will ever have. I know I am. But this is to be expected with the 99% male demographic of teamliquid, hot girls will always mean more than the average nerd. So GL HF to Lindsey setting out into the game. Play protoss, ignore the haters.

I'm insanely surprised the race poll shows nearly dead even, idk why but I figured since most don't like terran (from what I know anyways) that my fav race would be in last place. She seems pretty cool so sign me up, more people coming into SC communities is always a good thing.

The comments she said about the game are classified as ignorant, and do not in any way reflect her intelligence.
