Good job Stephano, although it looked like he was a little out of practice to me. Based on his profile he played about as many games in the U&Ds as he did in the 5 days leading up to them. He did make a nice adjustment to the stargate based play that had been giving him problems. Putting up 2 spores at each base, instead of just one, allowed him to suffer far fewer losses to phoenix harass this time around.

Congrats to Stephano in making it back to Code S!!! His GSL adventures continue...
Hopefully EG can do something to help Stephano enjoy his time more in Korea. Maybe send DeMuslim over there or InControl. Is Huk over there now or TLO? Is Snute going over there or Scarlett?
Would be a shame if Stephano dropped out of Code S because he got homesick.

This fanclub has been very quiet lately in general. Almost no one commented at all after he lost to Flying in Code A and there has been very little positive or negative posted after his Ws adn Ls in proleague. I'm not exactly sure why this is so, but it may be that everyone doesn't care a whole lot about WOL given that HoTS's release is imminent.

I think Stephano fanbase was generated by the fact that he had innovative strategies that actually turned zerg from being slaughtered to being OP.
There simply isn't much to say. He isn't improving, he's not changing his 1-2 year old strategy. He clearly is bored and the retirement is imminent.

Not really . Even at the end of Wol he still managed to be innovative (using a roach/hydras composition in ZvT and defeating Mvp, MMA and MKP with it) . Yesterday he crushed Lure with a ultra/ling/infestors composition (neuraling all the colossus of his opponent) .
It's more that it's the end of Wol and one game every week in PL and a few games every month in GSL is not enough to build a hype (also way less foreigners watch GSL and PL, just look at the LR's) .

And that's not true at all. We all here and we will still be here. And trust me you going to see new meta game changes from the great Stephano in hots I can promise you that.
And btw where do you get evidence from these absurd claims?
And the reason his pages isn't full is because we the core fans was expecting him to do well in the up&downs and in the pro league season as well so is nothing big and exciting for us. Personally I'm just waiting to see what he can do in Hots and IEM will give us a little peak into the future

He thought he couldn't make it due to his IEM schedule. So he tweeted he would have to miss the Up and Downs. Lots of haters bashed him for this. Turns out he could play after all. Yonghwa had to pull out though due to IEM. No-one bashed him for that though. Standard double-standards for the haters.
Steph is back in Code S, but does not seem to be enjoying life in Korea, so some speculation that he may pull out of Code S.
