Stop being so afraid over nothing, ladder is mostly for the streams anyway and streaming is most often not "actual" practice. EG has connections to all of the NA teams and also play in-house leagues which means that they have a good circle of players to practice with.
He's gonna be just as good off in the US as he was in EU.
