I even believe that over all player quality has been improving, the only issue is the lack of people playing at a given time. Games can occasionally take a lot of time to find. Contrary to popular belief, the EU server is just as bad in player quality. You still have a lot of good players, you also have a lot of casuals. So I don't think Stephano is going to degrade from staying in NA. There are still a lot of players capable of attaining Korean GM on the NA server. Additionally we have known Stephano from the past not even play for weeks or have very little play time on the EU server, only to continue to dominate in tournaments. Now, it would still be preferable that Stephano play in the Korean server, but at least he is getting sustained practice here.
