Some of these can be seen in this video. The Char Fortress is obviously in there. It belongs to Warfield, of course, as is confirmed here:



The platform with the yellow atmosphere is Skygeirr, a Hybrid Lab. The Char Dunes is most likely the Za'gara mission. Phaethon, being a desert, can be seen in the Akilon Wastes ladder map:



Kaldir and Zerus (it can be seen in the third battle report) we know. The Korhal Platform was seen briefly in the trailer. Someone played around with in the Map Art thread:



The Starship, Daelaam Ark, can be seen in Star Station (I think - it might be Moros).
