Players like Mvp can get demoralised at times, since people always naturally cheer for the underdogs - which Mvp never is - so I'm sure your cheers mean a lot to him. I'll be passing on as many messages as I can to the coach and Mvp personally. Jeong Jong Hyeon fighting! Oh man, its tragic if someone as talented as Mvp plays subpar due to crowds cheering for underdogs. Those fans are drunk Mvp, all the sober and sensible folks know you are the best lol haha!

People expect him to win absolutely everything so i can understand why cheering for the "other guy" can seem more fun to some people. I hope Mvp realises how many fans he actually has, and that every day there are new posts in here about how amazing his play, how ahead of the curve he is and can truly be the first SC2 bonjwa ![]() Since Blizzcon when he said he didn't think he had many fans we have wanted him to know that's not true! ![]() Thanks

I'm sure that without such a taxed schedule and crappy open bracket in the mlg he would have easily been more sharp for his matches against MC, Haypro and Leenock It would have been a much smoother ride had he not lots to MC in the upper/winners bracket go go mvp =)

Mvp on the other hand seems a bit bland in comparison if you're not judging him on his games (which sadly a lot of people don't). The IM team shirts have pretty much always been terribly unflattering, and it's about time they outfitted their players in a sweet jacket like the TSL or Slayers ones. Added to that is that Mvp doesn't exhibit a lot of personality on stage or in his booth - often making wins look effortless which doesn't always endear you to a crowd unless you do it with swagger. I don't know if he's just reserved or he's shy/nervous on stage, but it would be great to see some kind of emotion from him after important games. Even something small like pulling out a Game Genie would be an awesome touch.

Slayers MMA has the cool Slayers jacket and has landed himself the 'Son of Boxer' tag. MC is loved (and hated) for his outrageous ceremonies and excellent interaction with the crowd. I think now that he has fallen from the elite he has more fans, and less haters. Nestea was for a long time the only Zerg who was performing well and became somewhat of a shining light for Zerg players everywhere. Tastosis' near worship of him probably helps his popularity as well. Mvp on the other hand seems a bit bland in comparison if you're not judging him on his games (which sadly a lot of people don't). Edit: I would love to see him pull out a Game Genie some day!! Lol

It IS one of the larger fanclubs on TL. Sure, the size might be incommensurate with the achievements and skill of the player, but it's far bigger than most Korean player fanclubs.

MLG Anaheim - 1st MLG Global Invitational - 1st (Korea), 3rd/4th (overall) GSL Code S Aug - 1st Blizzcon - 1st GSL Code S Oct - 2nd AoL Team Invitational- 1st WCG Korea - 1st MLG Providence - 4th (from open bracket) GSL Code S Nov - Ro4 and still going strong Getting top 4 in every tournament he has entered during the last 4 months (and it is not just a few GSL's either) and winning 5/9 (6/10 depending on whether you split MLG invitational or not) is the kind of consistent performance and the hallmark of a champion. The Game Genie Terran is, by far, the best player in the world in SC2 at this point of time.
