That's because this is quoted from 7 months ago. He lost to MMA at Blizzcon, but has since won WCG (and the blizzcon tourney itself) ect and claimed his 4th GSL title. Hence the "discuss". I honestly don't think there is any contention with WoL drawing to an end, and HoTs almost here. If nearly most of the entire breadth of WoL isn't enough time of domination to be considered for this kind of recognition, then it's really just a dead term IMO.
