Christ, would you relax a little? I'm a fan of Naniwa, stop being so defensive.
So you didnt realise? Why in gods name did you have to diminish Naniwa´s win with some random crap? Dont take this the wrong way but there is so many with the same excuses in the last month when a none korean win a tournament. Idra at IEM China. Stephano IPL 3, Stephano ESWC, Huk, Idra at the last MLG allways excuses im just so tired of it

You see? You see?? I go to sleep and he beats Nestea again! Now I am obligated as a true fan to break my own heart and not watch anymore Nani games until this is all over ;_; rofl

Btw, is there still a Code S seed for Providence? Nani could do an MC-style leap into Code S after dropping out of Code A if so.

This just in from Naniwas Twitter:
CoLNaniwa johan lucchesi "I must have formulated myself badly in the interviews I did not mean to call nestea bad. Or. An idiot watch next col iview. . ."
Appears hes reacted to some of the flaming he recieved for his statetement! GM Nani

The dust settles, and two foreigners remain in the WB. IdrA can't seem to hang with the new Protoss meta-game, not that his ZvP was ever stellar. Unfortunate that he had to face MC instead of MVP, but there's still the chance that he might face MVP in the LB.
Naniwa and HuK have carried the foreigner torch forward this tournament, though in different fashions. The first has become the new face of BM. The second is an old crowd favorite. In terms of achievements, Naniwa has achieved much more this MLG - beating MVP, Nestea, and then Nestea again (for a record of 4-2) is not something to sneeze at. As much notoriety as Naniwa might have gained for his actions in-between games, the man deserves credit for showing that no, he is not going to become just another foreigner victim in a crowd of foreigner victims. He wants it all.
Meanwhile, the favorites from IM, Nestea and MVP, have both been sent to the LB. That this would happen, and via foreigners in the case of Nestea, was almost unthinkable prior to the tournament. But now it's there - one foreigner, though no doubt helped by the seeding system that gave him ample time to prepare, whereas Nestea and MVP had to slug it through the OB, has risen to the greatest challenge of them all, the challenge that others considered impossible... And won.
Pity that he had to wreck his reputation on the exact same day.
But hey, Naniwa is what he is. Accept him, reject him, hate him, love him, this tournament thus far has been his story.

Naniwa vs. Nestea g2
NANIWA CRISIS TOSS.

Annoying that Nani would feel the need to come out and defend himself and apologize, it is really not as bad as everyone is making out.
Good luck tomorrow NaNiwa!

Gladiator Protoss Fighting!
Amazing job so far in the tournament Johan, fuck the 'code of conduct', same to those shocked by you showing how you felt.

You're right. I watch a LOT of sports(football) and I sincerely get that SC2 crowd is too sports-innocent. If they saw the shit that happens in brazilian football , then, they would know what is the meaning of shit sportmanship.

Keep calm and do what you normally do before a big day, Naniwa.
Don't let this pile of crap from a melodramatic community get to you.
Good luck for tomorrow! _b

Yeah I hope he doesn't let this rubbish get to him and affect his play tomorrow.

[/QUOTE] Glad to see foreigners doing so well. Love seeing Naniwa take it to MVP and Nestea this weekend.

Naniwa looks very impressive and strong atm. I'm now sad he is no longer in code A, but hopefully he can beat huk and possibly clinch a code S spot.

I know, but why people trying to catch all every details someone's behavior even if someone get done well or not. This is his succeed after his big two failed at IPL and loses his GSL and maybe the blizzcon lost by nestea also. Why people don't mentioned and cheering him up at all, if he lost, and that's okay if nestea wins. He's still young and he flew so far away, and there must be lots of pressure and residing newly in korea and everything new and adjust himself and stick together all new people. This is all created by himself not his company not cheering up other people. Why don't you just congraturation his succeed? No matter what he let his pants down on the stage or put his middle finger up after the last match(well it's still 2nd day though) that's his free, People are not perfect, and he's also person. He can show also his feeling. Every person has feeling even though he's already champinon and famous in this game zone. Let's not blame on him. He's nothing wrong yet. Nestea won him a lot. And if he won in this game, this proves all his faculty and it's real his ability and all his power and efforts. Why you guys pick up every detail his action and behavior(he can be tired, and english is not his mother tongue), I understand in someways, you guys are disappointed, if you're fan of nestea or fan of korea. But he gives all efforts in his job, and maybe this is all for him. Let's not twist him, Let's not judge. And also at his 2nd interview by AskJosh, why you guys posting here at 10:10 sec descripted by him about old match with nestea, there is also nothing wrong about with his mention. He's e-spotler, and he's also free and willing to say "idiot" silly" like that it's not like blame or disrespect someone. It's only all in his dialogue to answer to be asked by the reporter. Understand all process not focus only the stupid two seconds, what he told about it!
|
And also I have to say, who first post here with the username 1234%^& and other guy on his forum well now it's closed though R u saying about ettiqutte now? U saying now about ettiquett who knocked his door, after he finished his match after 10-11 pm And after he flew so long time at least 14 hours and change his flight from Atlanta to get florida and waited all day to have two match with MVP & Nestea and who was greeting the reporter (don't know this is by the tv or his company though) He was answering at least genuin(like someone posted on youtube after seeing this) why you guys posting here to judge and blame here after the video uploaded here after 7-8 hours later?
And another my view is R u saying about ettiquett and his thumb down showing off on the stage was wrong? R u saying about the ettiquett to the e-sportler? Well as you know he lost so many times against these korean guys recently, Why you refer nestea is 30 years old marriage guy, What is that to do this in this MLG? These are all his effort, and he can do anything not against the law. He was very calmly and trying to keep focus(even if the match was quite delayed like 2 hours unlike the time was set like 7 pm in Florida time) to put on the web "the map was wrong" What's wrong with him? He's still young, and he's now beginner now here. Let's just celebrate his win and Let's take a look his process on SC2.
|
I don't know who says about ettiquette first here, but if you saying about ettiquett then why don't you go england and have a cup of tea and then learn with them. stay calm and seat in the sofa. And talk with them. just learn tea things )

Sick run by Naniwa so far. Does anyone know the full story of the budding rivalry between Naniwa and Nestea? Someone from the MLG Day 3 thread said the below was the reason, but I don't know. Would appreciate if anyone could confirm or deny the story (esp. Naniwa calling Nestea and idiot at GSL Worlds)
"Naniwa called Nestea an idiot for pulling his drones (idk the exact quote or wording) for the first time they matched up (global invitational not providence). Nestea interveiewed and said he found out, and said he would destroy naniwa. Artosis notes how Nestea was uncharacteristically talking to other koreans to ask for tips/strats/advice to beat naniwa, haha. And then later after Naniwa beat nestea at providence, he thumbs down nestea."
