I miss Nani with highlights since he cut his hair hence the non blonde version. Sase art requires his hat. Though I do want to get art of Naniwa and Sase stealing Parting's socks or eating pancakes for next time. haha, will probably get the blonde hair back.. im not sure what looked best but i liked the blonde more ^_^. just annoying to have to make new highlights etc. reallyy dont like it now that its so short I think it is better short like that

Agreed, the longer hair looked sloppy, shorter hair makes you look like that much more of a total badass baller bouse.

hmm pretty sure girls prefer it when i have it longer )) and thats what matters right?!

Love watching Nani chill in the back of SaSe's stream lol
As for the MVP comments, its awesome.

You (Nani) almost lost a (Swedish) fan in me for retweeting Sjow's tweet about Scarlett, until I learned about Morrow's marriage proposal in Scarletts fan club. You should be more careful, that joke is borderline disrespectful. The SC2 community has been, euhm, sensitive lately.

You probably got no idea how much we do appreciate your efforts and play. Really got a lot of respect for your attitude. Not hard to understand that the bad comments make you sad, they make us fans sad too. It's like the community don't even give you the slightest bit of slack and sometimes it seems like they are just looking really hard to find something to put out of context and bash you for. Love the way you keep your head high and prove all the haters wrong, keep on fighting!

Nani....noooooooooooo!!! I thought you don't just play the game for yourself anymore....
"For a long time, I never really played this game for anyone else other than myself. Now, I realize that it involves so much more than that. I’m not alone playing from my home anymore; there are so many people watching my every game, and wanting to see me perform at my best. I don’t just play for myself anymore, but for all the fans of StarCraft 2 and eSports. Clearly, being a pro-gamer involves a lot more than I initially thought." -Naniwa, 2011

He's the one having to play good to earn money, I'd say he can play however he likes. He's the one who has to be in shape for tourneys! Also to Naniwa, You look great no matter the hair! Start streaming soon!!

He can play for who he wants, I still love how he plays.

He might not have tried his hardest in insignificant games, but nani always plays to win when it matter. That's enough for me.

every single pro plays "for themselves". If they disagree they're either lying or they're stupid

You calling Nani a liar?
I don’t just play for myself anymore, but for all the fans of StarCraft 2 and eSports.

No I'm saying there's a difference between playing "for me" and playing "just for me".

I can't imagine a pro player in any sport first getting into the scene so that he can please everyone else. You play because it's a way to fulfill your own dreams and see how far you can go when competing against likeminded players. A challenge onto yourself. Fans are something that can come as a bonus from all that and who surely can help drive a person - but I think the base drive mentioned above is something every player has.
Nothing strange with that at all.
If anything it's refreshing to see a player say it as it is, and it's a reason why I like Naniwa a lot.

Interesting message from nanis twitter: http://twitter.com/#!/QuanticNaNi/status/199554024616374272 Translation: --- From fan @prOpqoyote: "Sweden wants you to stream and why not, you get money for commercials. Always something! "
Naniwa reply: -"Ahh.. but its bad if players see my style I'd rather play good in next GSL than make money " ---
:')!
Btw I think the hair looks good as it is now!

I agree with Naniwa. It's a pity that he wouldn't stream though but its completely understandable. Streaming means only additional money, and basically not the best way to practice. He get the best practice with teammembers/friends and in top of that he can save his builds / playstile for the games which actually matters. I'm completely satisfied with the current state As long he often post on twitter and sometimes comes over to visit his Fanclub on Teamliquid I am happy!
EDIT: Hope Parting will take revenge for Naniwa today!
