This could be GOM's way of making up for that without hurting their pride and actually saying they were wrong before.
Defiantly agree with that. What GomTV did to naniwa was robbery. Must have been painfull to see his code S spot he rightfully earned in MLG just like MC,DRG and MMA been given to Idra.
Really hope he gets it

This could be GOM's way of making up for that without hurting their pride and actually saying they were wrong before. Nooo it will make them the most money, no player will bring more viewers than nani (other than idra and stephano but they are out). Wasn't saying they'd do it for the right reasons. Just that they should do it. Nani is one of very few foreigners with any chance to take on Koreans on their playing field. Despite the results, his performance in the Blizzcup is some of the most impressive Protoss play I can recall.

Yeah he could've won that. Those games were insanely close.

Interesting and reasonable posts. Hopeful to see Nani in Mokdong again!
+ Show Spoiler +Btw, do we even know that GOM will seed any player directly to Code S? I dont know if read, or simply dreamt that they were going to change that procedure somewhat? Any thoughts or confirmation for either? Edit: Nvm, I found the answer myself in another thread ^^Answer: GOM: We have introduced our new format for the 2012 GSL Tour a while ago, which includes changes to the way international seeds are being given out. [...] In 2012 the GSL will have 2 Code S sponsor seeds. These seeds will be determined by outstanding results in international tournaments.

regarding nani not playing for code A:
I'm guessing he has gotten an invite but isnt allowed to talk about it, im basing that upon his twitter conversation with slasher where he just tried to avoid the subject instead of actually giving slasher a reason. I really think we shouldnt go run around blowing our trumpets yet though, surprises are best when you dont expect them. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Slasher : @QuanticNaNi why, again, did you not play?
Nani : @Slasher who knows..
Slasher : Rather given an Up/Down spot, not Code A. Idra and Select have returned back to the US, and Naniwa didn't participate. Why
Nani : @Slasher blubb --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
blubb blubb indeed.

Oh shit! GOM your forgiven.

That's pretty awesome. Now I'm hoping that he can actually win games in the GSL .
|
Yes!! Now you go win Nani!

I have to give it to GOM, they at least have balls, first for reverting the seed despite the outcry and then give another invite proving they don't hold grudges.
I hope Naniwa can finally prove himself in the gsl, he's much better than he's shown in his code a matches so far.
Also, note to self, stay away from the official thread about this, I have a feeling what the discussion will be about...

Welldeserved seed! Nani fighting!
