I wouldn't say I've been struggling with depression lately but I definitely hit a low point awhile back. I realized I had pretty much stopped doing a lot of the things I enjoyed like working out, guitar, marine aquariums, etc. Now I have started doing all of those things again and I feel a lot better but I'm not there yet. Keep chillin. | ||
