Most likely they played already as it's set to be broadcasted in less than 40 hours, and they tend to play rather early for replay cast. Though MC was in Vegas last couple days so possible they were waiting for him to get back or played cross server.

Remember MC said in his GSL interview he was afraid of MKP for code s because he was a god at TvP lately. He might have been referring to iron squid if MKP beats hero and himself.

yeah, it's possible i guess, the games do line up well and the up/down interview was a few days after the ISQ games
