Cheese is godly amazing fantastic inspired original play when the player you're supporting does it, but if a Korean cheeses a white guy it's the lamest thing ever and he ought to be shot, because clearly White-ra is actually better at PvP and deserved to win. He may have admitted that it's his worst matchup and MC may have the best PvP history of anyone ever, but if your opponent is white and you aren't then anything that wins you the game is abusive and imbalanced. That's just how racism works, sadly.

lol at all the haters saying mc only wins with cheese and 4gate... he even mentioned in his interview he didnt 4gate against whitera in the tsl in 2 of the games and went fast robo instead because he wanted to show people he doesnt only 4gate.. yet he still gets all this flack. People need to watch game 3 of MC vs anyproprime. in the gsl world championship, then tell MC he still cheeses to win in PVP

With the PvP match currently being the same 4-gate shenanigans time and time again, I totally approve creative ways of changing it up with all-ins that may fail. White-ra's offensive pylons, as well as MCs proxy cheesing were great ways to spice up what otherwise could have been a dull BO5 PvP. Very well fought by Ra, but even better with MC. Grats!

This whole discussion and the QQ about MC's play clearly displays whats differentiates the foreigners from the Koreans. KILLER INSTINCT. Non Korean players have this deluded inclination for the more "elegant" game. (i.e. long macro oriented games with lots of battles all over the place). Sadly this just doesn't pan out. If you see an opportunity to abuse, then abuse it. Don't let that old dogmatic mentality hold you back from taking the advantage. Abuse it. When he makes a mistake, punish him for that. This doesn't mean you just cheese all over the place. In order to be a better player you have to polish the late game too. But the point is, if you see a weakness, go for the kill. Sometimes you just have to be ruthless. The reason the shinobi of ancient japan were very effective against the samurai was the fact that the samurai clung to the dogmatic codes they had rather than look at the practical effectiveness in combat. Look at MC. The guy has that instinct. Goes for the kill when he sees it. Evidence? look at the GSL Finals against July. But a big chunk of his games often he holds back for showmanship's sake. He can also do a macro game, further showing how dominant he is. Not to mention the cash hes earning from doing it.
