Every event he plays in, I hope he can play at least half-decent, if not incredibly, but he cannot even meet those meager expectations. I'm a big fan of MC, but I think I should stop cheering him on so much as it's been consistent disappointment. :'( a true fan cheers even when his favorite player doesnt show good results. Its not a big thing, that MC didnt put a single pylon well, coz his results and everything that he already proved was way, way, way more than enough to be the best player in the world. I could understand that everyone has his ups and downs in the time, and will patiently wait for him to get up and come back.

I only watched the mc hero games today so can not tell how he performed today, but I believe every patch lately significantly affected PVP so I can understand why he often lost pvp lately. For pvz, I think mc's strength is macro game, but after his stargate opening got figured out he just cannot find another way to approach a pvz macro game. Without air control, protoss would have a hard scouting and make decision in pvz and I believe that is why he is struggling in pvz. His pvt is one of the best in the world, just sometimes strggule agaist some kinds of one base terran all-in or a mismicro and die to some perfect emps like a lot others. I personally do not think atm there is any toss better than mc, but if mc wants to be a champion against, he needs to work hard and improve. Time will tell if Mc can come back or not. As a fan, I would say Mc never give up.

So: MC, don't know if you can/will read this or not, but you played shockingly against July. The 2nd game you blocked your own Nexus and the 3rd you went for a 2base all-in and microed badly. But you don't need us to tell you that: you're a lot better than any of us, and you know that you made big mistakes and where they were. Against HerO, you looked completely unstoppable. You went into BossToss mode, and as soon as the first engagement, in both games, nobody thought he had any chance of winning. You pulverized the Liquid' hope in great fashion. I believe in you, as cliched as it sounds. MC will come back, if not this MLG then in the Code A qualifiers. You will find your PvZ again, and nerds will get stomped!

I come in here expecting everyone to be giving support and wishing him luck, and I do see that a bit, but then there are people saying: "I think I'll stop being a fan if he doesn't pull his act together" or similar. Really? You aren't a fan if you stop considering yourself one the moment the player stops playing at the same level for a while. A true fan sticks through the good and the bad, or else you are just jumping on the bandwagon. So: MC, don't know if you can/will read this or not, but you played shockingly against July. Well, in MCs defense in Dualsight the only buld a P can do is a 2 Base one. Its very hard to defend your 3rd and natural in this map. And yeah fairweather fans are annoying. Good luck MC, I still believe you can do it!

When he slumps, he starts playing like he belongs in Code B or C or D. After watching TheStc vs Stephano and MKP vs Idra at MLG Orlando, I wish he was a terran player. At least they get to come back at all. agree lol, when he's good, he could do anything that nobody else in the world could. Feedback and storm at the same time, defend multiple drops with a single HTs. Macro like a beast while micro insanely, but he always has one simple mistake that cost him the game. Really shaky, not untouchable like Season 3 or GSL march anymore. However he still has a chance tomorrow to win, and he better win.

HuK might be putting out better results now, and might be more consistent, but MC is the all-or-nothing Protoss that sometimes looks absolutely unstoppable and sometimes plays really badly - it makes his games far more exciting to watch!
