He was speaking in English, and we didn't have Milkis there translating his English, so I think he said something to the effect of "people call me President Protoss, and Obama is President, so I am Obama Protoss". I don't think he actually combined it into Obamatoss during his answer.

From what I see I don't think you want to copy his nexus. Like a lot of BW toss he has nexus at 0. The rest I think are a lot like huk except switch 1 with 2. 1 is his stalkers, and 2 is his slow units (zealot sentry colossus). 3 is his HT or pheonix. Not sure if he hotkeys the colosi separately like huk. From that I don't know what he hotkeys production facilities. Maybe 5 as robo?

You misunderstand. Hotkeys, not control groups.
MC's control groups go:
1 Army
2 Notable building (usually robo, can change)
3-8 Gates
9 Main Nexus
0 All Nexus

No, TL twitter reported that MC was crushing people in custom games with terran and zerg before day2 of HSC. He won against Stephano with terran and then he won ZvZ vs someone else I think.

Sorry what do you mean by hotkeys? But you are wrong when it comes to army. Look at more vods of him. MOST of the time he used 1 and 2 as his army.

His question was which hotkey setup does MC use... classic, standard, or custom? I used to think Huk used classic because he had nexus at 0 and he pressed 0p to make probes, but he actually uses standard and presses 0e or uses f hotkeys to switch between bases.

That is correct.
MC's Terran is beastly, but that is not his account. I watched Trump's stream when he lost twice to a drophack done by that very account "oGsMC".
