Idra will produce results at Raleigh though and I think that if he can beat Huk/Kiwi in the loser's bracket, he should no problems with Select and Sheth. I am really not worried about TT1 at all.

Even though he is one of the best he still has the slight... mental problem? But skill wise, he is one of the best, idra fighting! Yeah there's no way he's the best foreigner anymore. He's not even the best zerg foreigner. There's Dimaga, Sen, Stephano, Ret and Nerchio who have recently shown better results, skill and better games than idra against some tough opponents.

There is only one person in the world right now who almost never loses ZvZ.

ZvZ is quite the opposite of Volatile actually my friend. Idra got outplayed by Sheth plain and simple, give Sheth some credit he gracked the gracken

There is only one person in the world right now who almost never loses ZvZ. Before his NASL match vs Sen, I believe he had a 91% winrate vs Z according to TLPD. "IvZ" was something that wasn't too far off in the distance to most of us fans. Now, however, he's been losing quite a bit to zergs in televised matches. His replays (read: REPLAYS) vs Nerchio were pretty disappointing given that they were played long ago, when his vZ record was really shining. His series vs Sheth today were well planned strategies by Sheth (10pool baneling to abuse the fact that Idra loves to 15 hatch on Shakuras, and a beautiful roach timing that hit right before Idra got his infestors out).

Not saying Stephano is bad he is actually amazing but Sen barley loses zvz

I am wondering if not being in Korea is affecting his play, as now he plays against scrubs on the NA ladder, instead of the quality players he played on the KR ladder. As much as I love IdrA it's just simple logic, the more time you put into the game the better you will be, the better your opponent the more you learn. IdrA is losing his grip on being called a "world-class" player, If he was in Korea on a team he would be INSANE right now but doing that sacrifices alot. He is probably five times more comfortable right now, while making a hefty salary, not being in korea 100% hurts his status as one of the best foreigners, but he is definitely living off starcraft much more physically and mentally comfortable than most other players.

Sheth or MaNa are not players I would have expected to win against IdrA, but it happened. TheBest reverse-all killed ZeNeX yesterday even though Artosis thought he sucked at macro games. QXC all-killed IM a week ago even though he's not Korean. SeleCT 2-0d HuK in the NA Blizzcon Invitational. Do you automatically now think these players were better than their opponents? Obviously you wouldn't say that at all considering their long-term performance so far. Everyone loses some games you wouldn't expect them to. Happened in BW too. Happens in every competition ever. It's normal. Now come back from your open window with your lungs full of fresh air, sit down in front of your computer and post avout how you'd like IdrA to have more success in future matches, for example in the loser brackets for both IPL and the NA invitational.

When I watch Idra playing I allways have the idea he is still using 5-6 months old strategies that everyone knows how too counter. He has to freshen up his builds, then he will have a shot at being the best again.

He's still better than Nerchio, Ret and Stephano. (And even if he isn't, then who cares, this is his fanclub not theirs, we're entitled to be as blind and ignorant in our fanboy'ism as we like).
