Nah it would not be as good with artosis. You need a good caster to keep you entertained while not saying stupid shit, like tasteless and that guy that was with idra, and a good commentator, like idra or artosis who are there to say important stuff and explain why stuff is happening and why the guy made a certain decision
You also need john, because john is amazing. I was disapointed by the other translator guy

Great player. Apologize for playing that race.

I like him commentating more than I like him playing Gogogo switch :D

Personally thought idra with his partner was the best commentary I have ever seen.

Idra on Twitter:
idrajit Greg Fields casting gsl was surprisingly fun, hope i wasnt too bland
Maybe we'll see a next foreign caster when Greg decides to quit progaming.

Idra was great! I love casters who don't beat around the bush, and just provide solid on-hand comments about what is happening in the game. Today's cast makes me think a little of Chill's casts. He also doesn't beat around the bush and explains BOs, timings, why this unit and not that, who actually won the bigger advantage etc.

Watching all of the free games with IdrA casting! Does anyone remember any notable comments?
|
I definitely like Idra's commentating. He doesn't waste airtime on jokes that may or may not be stupid and is really insightful about the builds and strategies, without saying too many things that anyone watching can obviously see for themselves.

Not on top of my head, IdrA was very professional, I really didn't expect that. Happily surprised.

Nothing, he didn't even talk down any of the builds the players did.

I was laughing so hard when jason lee was talking about starcraft needing a villain. "nobody wants to be that guy". I think idra was trying to keep back a smile.

This is too funny. On the playxp korean forums, people are calling him Grack. hahahahaha
|
Stayed up until like 4am to listen to him; worth every sleep-deprived moment. I'm definitely a fan now.

Yeah he did pretty well honestly. Artosis is way worse with bashing players than IdrA was during the cast. He pointed out mistakes but that's to be expected and he did it in an informative way. He didn't talk much at times but everything he said was spot on.
