Not really. If the Protoss goes for an optimized 3 gate aiming for an as early as possible nexus he's vulnerable to being delayed/losing sentries to heavy ling harrass or dying to roach/ling semi all in. If he only gets two gates he's almost certainly dead to this kinda stuff.
Most protosses 3gates are pretty sloppy tho and often more delayed with more gateway units in which case it won't work and you end up in a shitty situation.

only if they dont get a forge before nexus and even if they don't it's not certain

Protoss grew accustom to zergs droning when they expand, so instead IdrA puts on pressure. If they only do 2 warpins and start moving out to the center of the map IdrA puts on more pressure to get rid of FFs or just win the game right then and there. Protoss either needs to wait longer to expand or actually get a forge and put down cannons so FF can be more effective. IdrA is going to punish greed, especially if it saves him time and energy in a macro game and I don't blame him.

Haha, I was wondering when it's time. I totally wanna see him get it on stream and either just ignore it like a baller or instantly changing his portrait as the infestor is now waaaaay cooler and more useful than the hydralisk.
