ZvZ tends to be rather straightforward. In ZvT or ZvP, there are weird timings/builds that, if you don't scout fully or respond properly, can straight up kill you. Stuff like, my mutas came 5 seconds too late, and 6 blue flame hellions killed my mineral line. Mismicroed ling/bling against tanks and now it's gg when it was a game that I was winning up until that point. Current metagame of ZvP favors P, and even something like the common 4-gate opening can be difficult to hold off. Furthermore, in ZvZ, any kind of tricky build you can do sets you far behind and is hard to catch up on. For example, if you go early aggression and it fails, it's very hard to come back. You will almost inevitably lose in the straight roach v roach fight. And another big thing is that in ZvZ, it's a lot harder to defend. You can't move out, lose half your army, and then regroup in your base and try again later. When you lose a big battle in ZvZ, it's practically game right there.

When did the OP say that? I don't plan on doing it anytime soon. When I'm ready to do it, it will be far too long since the last update. 4/15 12:29 ---- People love to taunt IdrA because "IdrA's doing it first". So it's morally OK to do so. Oh and IdrA "GL HF" and "GG" good players (/zergs) back.

I mean, once Gom built that Concrete DeathWall it's almost impossible to break. But I must say that IdrA should have tried to abuse the DeathWall's weakness; It's immobility.

+ Show Spoiler + I don't have a NA account, so can someone confirm that Idra played against SelecT and either won 3-2 or lost 2-3; it looks like idra won, but they played two games on Crevasse, one apparently mistakenly on NASL version rather than GSL, and both won one each and the one idra won was on GSL version and it was the final match. If he won, he is now in the finals and is guaranteed to win at least $1500 e: got the answer
