Are you kidding? Fans love the trash talk. It makes the game more intense, because it makes people care about the result. Sponsors love players who have personalities. People tune in to watch Idra's games, whether they root for him or against him. People are watching -- that's what the sponsors really care about.

yeah, Zerg really sucks when leave games too early for no reason...

I think MLG might have a talk with him about dropping the F bomb on the main stage. He should have gotten a technical or warning for that, but they never said if he did or not.

I think Idra would greatly benefit from talking a little less and focusing entirely on himself and his gameplay. I don't think that Cruncher result would have happened if he hadn't insulted Cruncher in his interview.

Yes, because we're actually playing PsychologyCraft 2.

He left because he lost all his units and thus lost the game - he lost because he didn't have a seer. Talking shit is nothing new to IdrA, I really doubt it matters in his gameplay.

Idra lost all his units? He had like 5 brood lords and a bunch of corruptors/ling when he left, more than enough to deal with Huk's army

I, as a fellow zerg, really admire Idra, but its a fact, he panicked when he saw the void rays and ragequited, if he had stayed 3 more seconds in game he would've realized they weren't doing any damage, and would've rolled over Huk.

Well I don't have the replay to look at unfortunately, but afaik HuK had enough stalkers that he could blink and pick off the broods, and enough colossi that lings and corruptors wouldn't matter.

as i said in the main thread. this idea that idra is bad for esports makes no sense. "REAL" sports like football, hand egg and basketball have all had people the crowd loves to hate, and that shit sells t shirts. let alone pro wrestling which is a glorified good vs bad drama every week, how would they survive without the bad boys of the sport.

people like idra are GREAT for e sports, as long as they are legit good and are outnumbered by the nice guys. thats how it always goes, so im glad we have idra in sc2 and i think hes great for the game.

Expletives aren't new to MLG, the halo players have literally yelled "YOU'RE A FUCKING IDIOT" across stage to the other team, was heard easily on the stream, and the sponsors are still there. If they like it or not I don't know, but don't act like this is something new.

MLG Rules

Gameplay

1. No Pausing a Game without Referee’s permission. If an issue arises that requires a Pause, Players should contact their Referee immediately. Referees may approve or deny a Player’s request to Pause the Game. Pausing a Game without Referee’s permission will result in a Warning. Each subsequent Warning that a Player receives will result in a Forfeit of the Game (See Gameplay Rule #18).

2. Players may not look at an opposing Player’s Monitor or projected screen.

3. Players may not chat in-game unless they are engaging in pre-game sportsmanship or surrendering the Game.

4. Players must disable Toast Notifications in the Battle.net options.

5. Players must set their status to Busy.

6. Breaking any of Gameplay Rules #2-5 will result in a Forfeit of the Game.

According to your logic HuK broke the rules.

Cool, then they both ff and regame, but in the re-game Idra should be dq'd and not allowed back next season, your idra adoring bias opinions dont mean much, i dont like either of them.

You know what I dont like? The F bomb! You dont say the word, you make me think "ah.... he is talkin about FUCK"! If you cant name it, dont talk about it

The rest of the Bullshit you wrote might not even be worth commentating, but since I might have had a beer or ten I can't leave my mouth shut.

Go outside of your room, get into your car, leave your farm and drive to the next town which host a major sport event. Does not even matter what kind of sport, you will always find what is important to prove my point. Emotion!
Everyone competing in a sports event SHOULD show emotions like disapointment and anger when loosing. Because there are people with the same emotions cheering for them. Of course this has its limits and "Fuck off" might not be the best way to show this emotional side, but you bet Huk was aiming for this kind of reaction. It was all a mind game!
If you dont want to see your special "F-Bomb" to be dropt, then you should not be watching any sports events and rather read the bible!

As true as i would like that to be, Huk had 2 colossus and like 6-7 stalkers, all of then out of position even for blink. The replay should be up in a bit, you see for yourself.

Man, if you see the replay of the game, you will see that the hallucinated void ray was attacking the infestor in a pretty easy to spot place, he didnt notice that it wasent taking damage...
I am so dissapointed with idra today, not about bullshit people are talking here about "fuckoff" whatsoever.

80 supply of that was drones. Huk had a bigger army left. In terms of tech. Huk was only 20 supply behind. IdrA was on zergling/broodlord, with no resources left.

Havnt been able to catch the matches but Idra is 2nd in group same as end of day1 right?

Also with this new setup He is now auto in losers bracket which kind of sucks meaning he cant lose a series now after the kiwi one. I am reading that right yes?
