Aside from the relatively good run in LB, i'd say that the best thing about this tournament is that he did not lose to Fitzy. It would have been very humiliating to lose to him after the way he talked about him on SotG.

i would disagree. idra made some huge mistakes (one of which cost him the game), but overall, you could clearly see how idra is the far superior player. his "bad" play was still better than whatever daisuki did

Idra played terrible in that game, 2 infestor pits, terrible engagement at the Third and threw away a bunch of infestors, yes Idra is a far bettter player, but in that one game he player worse then his oponent.

Not worth watching anyways. He won G2 because Daisuki fucked up and got his netire army fungalled to death. The rest of the games were just incredibly shitty. I have no idea how he was able to beat Illusion 2-0 and then play like this.
Maybe his ZvZ has turned into his worst MU?

Falling to daisuke is disappointing, but Idra showed some good signs in this MLG so far. Losing a ZvZ in this manner is NOT as alarming as the result we saw from Idra in the previous months. His ZvT looked really top notch this weekend, and if he improved as much in his ZvP, I have really good hopes for him.

and your point being..? It is completely unreasonable to play really good and defeat a top foreign terran, then fuck up hardcore against a relatively unknown foreign Z. Doesn't matter if it is another match up, making 2 infestation pits, trying to do some retarded nydus without roach speed and then fuck up hard in the last game?
